Refunds will not be provided for any purchase. If the customer notices a mistake on his order. Such as a customer ordered wrong printing design then he/she can contact us and as soon as he/she receives the package, we will process an exchange for him/her satisfaction.
Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours and the customer will receive new package within 1-3 days.
Returns (if applicable)
At Couplepilates.com we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. As we above mentioned we doesn’t offer any refunds after the purchase. But we offers return and exchange package to our customers if anything happened wrong by us. Such as any wrong package assignment or the wrong credit assigned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
For exchanges, once we receive the exchange request. We will assign new package within 24-72 hour. Please note this is the only time that we will issue an exchange.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
